"Setup a policy. Paid. Called to cancel the same day because of a change in plans. I expected and was told I would be refunded. 10 days later, they haven't canceled the policy, I haven't been refunded, State Farm customer care can't do anything about it and I am still being billed for another month of service that should never have been billed and without coverage. Completely unacceptable and 100% incompetent."
